What I Stand For: I believe we ALL want to feel fulfilled, which for most of us means maintaining inner peace and balance in our personal lives… while making a positive difference in the lives of others. Too often we don’t accomplish or make the progress we want toward this goal. Whether it’s from a lack of clarity or a lack of belief… even with a big vision and desire, it can be hard to get traction.
It’s my mission and privilege to help heart centered women connect to themselves, their intuition and their most aligned strategies, systems & actions to manifest their personal version of success ~ so that they can live their soul’s purpose, creating the inspired impact they were born to make.

I’m a business & success coach & mentor, and the creator of the Aligned Success Blueprint, the C.A.$.H. Method for Business Alchemy® and the New Goal Creation Framework®.
With over 30 years experience in team development and training, I combine the are intuition, science of energetics and the magic of empowered relationships to help women live their purpose, amplify their impact and expand their joy.
It’s my mission and privilege to help heart centered women connect to themselves, their intuition and their most aligned strategies, systems & actions to manifest their personal version of success ~ so that they can live their soul’s purpose, creating the inspired impact they were born to make.
When I’m not running my company, you can find me by the water or spending time with my husband and one or many of our four young adult children.
Ten Random Facts About Me
1. I’ve been happily married for 27 years and am a proud mom to 4 amazing teen and young adults – 2 girls, 2 boys
2. Our youngest daughter has significant special needs (Down Syndrome & Autism) and is our greatest unasked for blessing.
3. We live on a beautiful island called Martha’s Vineyard – 6 miles off the coast of Massachusetts. I always wanted to live by the water, but when I manifest our next home I plan to be more specific about the weather conditions, year round. 😉
4. I’m also a cat mom of two, and one likes to “zoom bomb” almost every call I’m on… you’ve been warned!
5. I grew up in Virginia and consider New England to be beautiful and COLD.
6. My real name is Cynthia. I like the name but everyone has always shortened it, so “CJ” was assigned to me in college and stuck.
7. Speaking of college – I graduated from the University of Virginia – Wahoo-Wah!
8. When I was 3, I was a blond California girl and “beauty pageant winner” (is that random enough?).
9. I like to sing and dance. Usually not at the same time or when anyone else is around.
10. I love to travel, although I haven’t done much since I had 4 kids… go figure! I had some cool trips before that though. Ask me about it if you enjoy travelling as well!
