It’s important to note that having a low frequency doesn’t mean you’re perpetually stuck in a particular emotion, but it does mean that you will experience them more often and potentially take longer to move past them.
On the other hand, higher frequencies correspond to happier, more pleasant emotions like love, joy, and peace. The higher you can raise your vibration, the more often you will experience these uplifting emotions. - Take Action if Your Frequency is Stagnant: If your frequency hasn’t increased in over 30 days, it’s time to take action. Being around people at higher frequencies will naturally help elevate your own.
